Developed in collaboration with IT Professionals New Zealand and NZQA, this qualification spans computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, storage, security, database information systems, digital media, programming fundamentals, industry-relevant project management, and professional principles. It equips graduates for entry-level IT support roles or further study in information technology.
What you need to know first
Over the age of 16 and one of the following: NCEA Level 2 (with English, Mathematics, a science subject, one other, and 20 further credits in any subject)
