The Master of Information Technology (MInfoTech) is a postgraduate programme jointly awarded by the University of Auckland and the University of Waikato, designed to meet the demand for ICT professionals with technical expertise, critical thinking, and business skills. The programme includes multiple study options (120, 180, or 240 points) tailored to students’ backgrounds. All pathways include a 10-week full-time industry internship and a blend of technical and complementary (business, professional) coursework. Graduates will gain advanced IT skills, experience in real-world projects, and an understanding of the professional ICT workplace.
