NZQA NCEA Level 3 with 20 credits at Level 2 or above (including 14 credits in three approved subjects, UE Literacy, and UE Numeracy)
OR a relevant Level 3 NZQF qualification with UE Literacy and Numeracy
OR New Zealand Certificate in Information Technology Essentials (Level 4)
International students: minimum age 18 within first year, IELTS Academic overall 6.0 (no band <5.5) or equivalent, Certificate in IT Essentials or equivalent, meet New Zealand visa requirements
