NCEA Level 3 or above and 20 credits at Level 2, including 14 credits each in three approved subjects, UE Literacy (10 credits at Level 2; 5 in reading, 5 in writing), and UE Numeracy (10 credits at Level 1)

Relevant Level 3 or above qualification with UE Literacy and Numeracy
New Zealand Certificate in Information Technology Essentials (Level 4)
