It will take a total of 3 years

Acquire knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, procurement methods, and strategies for sustainable construction.
What you need to know first
New Zealand University Entrance: NCEA Level 3 (60 credits at level 3 and 20 credits at level 2 or higher), including 14 credits at Level 3 in each of three approved subjects, Literacy (10 credits at Level 2 or above: 5 in reading, 5 in writing), and 12 credits in Maths at Level 2 or above (excluding Statistics)
New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation Level 4 (Ara Construction and Architectural Studies Pathway or equivalent)
Alternative entry based on equivalent skills through work/life experience, subject to assessment
IELTS 6.0 Academic (no band less than 5.5) or equivalent for applicants for whom English is not a first language
