The Certificate in Building Compliance (Level 4) is a specialised, industry-driven qualification for those working in or seeking to enter the building compliance sector. It will take a total of 20 weeks

Understand and implement relevant aspects of the building regulatory framework.
NZ or Australian citizenship/residency
Currently working in a technical role in the building compliance environment or similar (for in-employment admission)
General Admission: Minimum four years secondary education, plus 10 NCEA credits in English and 10 in maths at Level 1 or above, or equivalent, or Level 3+ qualification
Special Admission: Age 20+ with evidence of aptitude/work/life experience, possibly with interview and referee checks
For EAL students: Evidence of appropriate English proficiency at Level 4
