Learners will be able to follow health and safety procedures relevant to building and construction environments.

Students will develop knowledge of applying standard measurements and calculations in the context of building projects.

This is a 12-week full-time programme designed to introduce learners to foundational skills and knowledge relevant to various trade occupations within the building and construction industry. The course covers health and safety procedures, measurements, basic hand tool use, project work in a workshop context, and prepares learners for further study or entry-level employment in the sector.

Domestic learners aged 16 and over.
