This graduate diploma is designed for professionals working in or aspiring to enter facilities management who do not have a facilities management-specific tertiary qualification. The programme builds on your knowledge of operational maintenance and management of built facilities and develops a broad range of competencies required by facilities managers, including legal, technical, professional, and management skills. You will learn from research-active experts and can study flexibly (full-time, part-time, on-campus in Auckland, or online). Graduates will be prepared for senior leadership roles in the construction and facilities management sectors.
What you need to know first
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; OR Diploma in Facilities Management with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; OR advanced diploma/associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
