Ability to design and construct fence lines that meet specific design and client requirements.

Develop skills to read livestock yard plans and construct yards that meet both design specifications and client needs.

Use a range of effective interpersonal and management skills to coordinate teams and deliver projects to client specifications.
This programme is designed for experienced fencers moving into supervisory or contracting roles. Students will develop skills to design and build fences, interpret and construct livestock yard designs, and lead teams while managing client relationships. The qualification targets those in a rural fencing enterprise responsible for delivering client projects to specification.
What you need to know first
At least 16 years old at programme commencement
At least two years’ industry experience in fencing
