You will be able to manage financial aspects of construction projects, including life-cycle costing, cost planning, and estimation.

Analyse and implement contracts, manage risk, and understand legal requirements in the construction sector.
This three-year full-time (or six-year part-time) qualification will prepare you for a leading role in the construction industry. Gain the technical, financial, project management, and business skills needed to become a quantity surveyor or construction manager. Study covers contracting, costing, law, negotiation, life-cycle budgeting, and business management. The programme includes a research capstone, industry engagement, and progression for senior construction roles and professional memberships.

Oversee site logistics, project programming, quality assurance, and stakeholder/client satisfaction in building projects.
For applicants under 20: NCEA Level 3 including 14 credits at Level 3 or above in each of three approved subjects; 10 literacy credits at Level 2 or above (5 in reading, 5 in writing); 12 numeracy credits at Level 2 or above (specified achievement standards or three specified unit standards).
Applicants aged 20 or over must provide evidence of industry experience and/or alternative relevant qualifications. Provisional entry is possible.
For international students: Secondary school qualification equivalent to NCEA requirements.
English language: NZ University Entrance or Academic IELTS 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5) or equivalent.
