Assess and apply structural principles and select appropriate materials and finishes for building projects.

The New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) (Quantity Surveying) provides the knowledge and skills required to work as a quantity surveyor in the construction industry. You will study building materials and structures, measurement and estimation, environment, contract law, procurement, and financial administration over a two-year full-time or four-year part-time programme. On completion, you will be ready to take on key financial and management responsibilities in construction projects.
