Develop advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for construction environments and stakeholder engagement.

Acquire skills in estimating, cost planning, scheduling, measurement, and contract administration in a construction context.
NCEA Level 3 and University Entrance (normally including mathematics and science or technology subjects)
Literacy – 10 credits at Level 2 or above (5 in reading, 5 in writing)
Numeracy – 10 credits at Level 1 or above
OR completed New Zealand Diploma in Construction or equivalent
Mature applicants: Evidence of ability to succeed, relevant industry experience
