Practical woodworking skills
Students will be able to produce timber and wood products of their choice using appropriate joinery techniques and tools.
Safe equipment use
Students will learn to safely handle and operate woodworking machinery and equipment.
Project management
Students will plan and execute their own woodworking projects to completion under supervision.
What You're Signing Up For
This short community course enables attendees to manufacture their own timber or wood-based products under the supervision and direction of a qualified tradesperson using Telford equipment. Attendees supply all their own materials. The course provides practical joinery and woodworking skills suited for individual furniture or joinery projects.
