About This Course
This 20-week accelerator combines immersive beginner-friendly UX design training with a 10-week mentored work placement. You’ll learn industry-standard UX processes — research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and integration of AI-enhanced workflows — then deliver real client projects to demonstrate your capability and build a job-ready portfolio. The course is designed for career-changers or newcomers who want to step into UX roles with confidence.
Course Content
- User research: interviews, personas, user-journey mapping, empathy mapping
- Information architecture, user flows and content structuring
- Wireframing and interactive prototyping using tools like Figma & Miro
- UI fundamentals: designing for usability, accessibility, responsive/mobile-first interfaces using HTML/CSS & basic front-end tech
- Integration of generative-AI tools to support UX workflows, content generation, research, and design ideation
- Usability testing, feedback cycles, iteration based on real user testing
- Collaboration and agile/product-team practices — preparing you to work with designers, developers, product managers, etc.
- 10-week mentored work placement: real-world UX or UI projects under guidance, building real experience and a professional portfolio.
