The Graduate Diploma in Design (Specialty) at Otago Polytechnic allows degree holders or experienced designers/practitioners to deepen expertise in Communication, Fashion, or Product Design. The programme includes core courses in your design speciality, electives across softgoods, photography, enterprise, and web design, and advanced studio projects. Small studio classes and industry networking offer opportunities to develop practical skills, work with real clients, and prepare for careers or postgraduate study in design-related fields.
Entry Requirements
A recognised undergraduate degree in a design- or art-related field, or degree-equivalent practical, professional or scholarly experience.
