This two-year, part-time, postgraduate diploma equips professionals with skills and networks to drive equity and access in education. Students develop interprofessional practice, working with practitioners, kaiako, and whānau to overcome educational barriers. The programme emphasises inquiry, evidence-based approaches, culturally responsive practice, identity, language, and culture, delivered through a combination of online and workshop-based learning. Specialisations are available in areas such as Blind and Low Vision, Complex Educational Needs, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Early Intervention, Gifted Education, and Learning and Behaviour.
