The Workplace Trainer Certificate equips individuals within marine and related industries with the skills and confidence to support the training journey of apprentices. It covers effective communication, the value of workplace training and culture, mentoring, and supervisory skills. Participants complete an online module, gather attestations, and receive ongoing upskilling opportunities. No previous qualifications are required, but participants must currently be employed.
