Demonstrate understanding and adherence to relevant health and safety and sustainability best practices in marine environments.

This apprenticeship equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to install and maintain electrical and electronic systems on marine vessels. The programme combines workplace-based learning, online modules, self-study, and three required block courses. Trainees progress through technical and regulatory milestones, ultimately gaining New Zealand Certificate in Marine Electrical - Electronics and preparing for relevant industry exams and recognition.
