Learn to test, maintain, and repair electrical appliances that are powered by flexible cords or are fixed-wired up to 230 volts.

Understand and apply key safety principles relevant to the service and maintenance of electrical appliances.
The Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) (Level 3) course teaches students how to maintain and test electrical appliances, both flexible cord and fixed-wired, up to 230 volts. Covering practical assessments and exam preparation per Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) requirements, successful students will be eligible for the EAS practical assessment. The course is aimed at those already working in the electrical industry and supports the pathway to EWRB registration.
