The Diploma in Agriculture expands your knowledge of farm management and production systems. Covering practical husbandry, soil and plant management, engineering basics, business skills and farm resource management, this 1-year programme prepares you for roles in New Zealand's fast-evolving agricultural sector. Eight compulsory courses provide a comprehensive foundation in both technical and business aspects of farming.

NCEA Level 2, with a minimum of 40 credits over four subjects recognised by Lincoln University; University Entrance literacy and numeracy standards required; Maximum of 24 credits per subject counted.

New Zealand Certificate in Agriculture at Level 4 or higher from an approved polytechnic institution.

International students: must meet additional English language requirements.
