- Setting your goals – understanding dreams vs. goals, turning dreams into SMART goals, financial implications
- Budget – the purpose, setup, tools, and review of budgets, seeking help for budgeting
- Save and spend – balancing spending and saving, handling emergencies, power of saving, strategies to reduce spending and increase saving
- Debt – evaluating borrowing choices, costs of borrowing, avoiding borrowing traps, managing and reducing debt
- Protect – valuation and protection of important assets, insurance types, consequences of not protecting assets
- My future – understanding and leveraging KiwiSaver for future financial security
