This one-year postgraduate diploma builds on students' previous degree-level scientific knowledge and provides practical experience and research skills to work in sustainable aquaculture. The programme includes study and research in sustainable aquaculture practices and management, mentored by expert tutors, and offers industry placement and strong professional networking, supporting students to innovate in marine food production industries.
What you need to know first
Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Certificate or Diploma in a similar subject OR relevant skills and knowledge acquired through appropriate work or professional experience.
IELTS overall academic score of at least 6.5 (with at least 6.0 in each band) within the last two years OR equivalent English proficiency recognised by NZQA.
