Face-to-face learning in a physical classroom setting
City Campus, Auckland
It will take a total of 2 years

Develop expertise in patisserie, Kai Pacifica cuisine, and contemporary kitchen techniques.
IB: Completion of Year 12
English: IELTS (Academic) 5.5 overall with all bands 5.0 or higher, or equivalent
Demonstrate practical skill level meeting health and safety standards using commercial kitchen tools and equipment
