In-person study
Face-to-face learning in a physical classroom setting
City Campus, Auckland
It will take a total of 2 years
Emphasis on hands-on skill development in baking, cake making, desserts, bread and business-related hospitality activities.

Workplace experience with an organisation provides practical application of knowledge and development of industry networks.
CIE: 60 UCAS Tariff points in relevant subjects
IB: Completion of Year 12
English: IELTS Academic 5.5 overall (minimum 5.0 in all bands) or equivalent
Demonstrate practical kitchen skills and meet health and safety standards
