Gain hands-on barista skills using commercial espresso machines to serve a range of hot beverages.
This programme is designed to equip students with entry-level skills for roles within the hospitality sector, particularly in café and restaurant services. Through hands-on, practical learning in a fully equipped training kitchen, students learn food safety, how to prepare espresso beverages, bake goods, cook various foods, and deliver food service as part of a team. It is ideal for school leavers, new immigrants, and mature students without a formal qualification, and provides a stepping stone to higher-level hospitality qualifications and a range of career opportunities in food and beverage.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the programme start (or 15 with an early leaving exemption)
