About This Course
The New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 by International Culinary Studio is a comprehensive, full-time, 36-week blended course designed to build students' skills from basic to advanced culinary techniques. Combining online study with personalised instruction from qualified chef instructors, the programme covers hot and cold food preparation, nutrition, food safety, catering, food costing, menu planning, and commercial kitchen procedures. Students will complete industry experience hours and be prepared for employment in a commercial kitchen or progression to higher study in cookery.
