Understand and execute catering operations, including food costing, menu planning, and overall kitchen management.
17 years of age or older
Successfully completed 10 years of schooling
Working in or able to work part time for minimum 120 hours in a commercial kitchen
Ability to read and communicate in English (assignments and exams in English)
Access to internet, email, scanner, printer, and digital photographic device
Access to a well-equipped kitchen
Computer literate (able to upload/download documents and media)
