Must have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 or equivalent
Must be working in the culinary industry and able to do a minimum of 70 hours in a supervisory position in a commercial kitchen
Able to read and communicate in English
Access to the internet, e-mail, scanner, printer, and digital photographic device
Access to a well-equipped kitchen
Computer literacy (ability to upload/download documents and media)
Ability to travel to an examination centre (Auckland or Christchurch)
