About This Course
The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process offers culinary professionals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry a pathway to have their skills, knowledge, and work history assessed against the outcomes of the NZQA New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4. Applicants submit evidence of practical skills, workplace training, and knowledge, culminating in a final theory and practical exam. This process formally recognises your experience with a nationally recognised qualification - supporting career progression while working.
