The programme covers food safety, beverage preparation (including barista, cocktails, and mocktails), customer service, teamwork, problem solving, and cookery. It is designed as a pre-employment qualification and supports further progression in food, beverage, and hospitality service careers.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
Must comply with Ministry of Health requirements.
All applicants will be interviewed; acceptance at the discretion of interviewer.

It will take a total of 3 months
This course requires 31 hours per week

Gain skills in making a range of beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails and mocktails, and serving them in a hospitality setting.
Further restrictions may apply if under Tertiary Education Commission Contract.
In-person study
