This course requires 12 hours per week

Earn the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4) with a strand in Restaurant Services.

Gain the legal qualification required to be a licensed supervisor in liquor establishments, understanding legal compliance and responsible alcohol service.

This course equips students to progress into supervisory or management roles in hospitality. Students gain both hospitality management knowledge and hands-on restaurant supervisory skills. The program covers responsible host practices, security, beverage knowledge and matching, workplace communication, event setup, and compliance with NZ liquor licensing laws.
