This one-day course at the New Zealand School of Food and Wine will teach participants the essentials of macaron-making, including working with almond flour, preparing meringue, achieving the right consistency, and adding delicate finishing touches. Under the guidance of an expert chef, students will gain hands-on experience in baking perfect macarons and build the confidence to recreate them at home. The course includes practical instruction, small class sizes, a fun environment, and a selection of flavours such as chocolate, raspberry, and vanilla. Participants take home a box of their own hand-made macarons at the end of the day.
