Building on Barista Part 1, Barista Part Two is an in-person short course that focuses on working at speed as a barista, mastering advanced coffee-making techniques, incorporating soy, almond and oat milks, and gaining an introduction to latte art. The course is delivered in small group settings for better practice and feedback, and culminates in a certificate of attendance.
