This hands-on course introduces beginners to the world of coffee, teaching them everything from coffee origins to beverage preparation and professional machine operation. Over five days, students receive practical training in making espresso and chocolate-based drinks, customer communication, and service, preparing them for entry-level roles in cafés or hospitality. Upon completion, students earn an NZQA Micro-Credential Certificate.
