The New Zealand Certificate in Food & Beverage, Barista, Wine & Spirits (Level 4) provides hands-on learning and industry-relevant knowledge to start or advance your career in hospitality and events. Over 16 weeks, you'll cover coffee and barista fundamentals, restaurant and café service techniques, food and beverage product knowledge, wine regions and tasting, classic cocktails, spirits and mixology, as well as compliance and employment law. Graduates will be equipped to work in a variety of hospitality settings and pursue further study towards advanced hospitality management or wine qualifications.
