Students gain hands-on training in mixology, product knowledge, classic cocktail preparation, alcohol service, and customer communication skills. The course builds host responsibility knowledge in accordance with the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012 and awards an NZQA-accredited micro-credential certificate upon completion.
