Gain hands-on experience making classic cocktails such as Margarita, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Caipirinha, and create your own recipes.
This short course is designed for anyone interested in learning the essential skills of bartending and cocktail mixology. Over three sessions, students will discover how commercial bars operate, practice foundational bar and customer service techniques, and create a wide range of classic cocktails. The course includes practical training with bar equipment, understanding spirits and liqueurs, and flavour construction. Upon completion, graduates receive the NZSFW Certificate in Cocktail & Mixology, opening pathways to further study or entry-level industry roles.

Aged 18 or over
Recommended English language: NCEA Level 1 or IELTS 5.0
