About This Course

This comprehensive 1-day course provides NZQA Unit Standard 20666 (Level 2, 2 credits) and teaches the core skills for safe food handling in commercial kitchens. Students learn about contamination, foodborne illnesses, personal hygiene, cleaning procedures, and key legal requirements of food businesses.
