It will take a total of 16 weeks

Create classic cake and sponge recipes, learn different fillings, and apply basic decoration methods to professional standards.
English language (if English is a second language): IELTS 5.5 (academic), no band lower than 5.0, or equivalent
Provide academic records and certified proof of identity/residency if appropriate
