This hands-on, two-day introduction gives you the opportunity to get behind an espresso machine and learn barista fundamentals, including equipment preparation, cleaning, maintenance, and preparing quality espresso-based drinks. Taught by experienced tutors in a supportive environment with no assessments or exams, you'll also gain insight into café operations and build confidence to enter or return to the workforce, or to move onto further hospitality training.
Entry Requirements
Learners must be 16 years or older and not enrolled full-time as secondary school students for the duration of the course.
