This Level 3 certificate is designed for learners new to hospitality or those seeking to upskill in barista and café service roles. Training takes place in café-style environments, providing experience in making espresso drinks, working with commercial equipment, managing food and beverage service flow, and delivering excellent customer service. It builds essential safety and service skills demanded by the hospitality industry and enables employment as café assistants or baristas. The course prepares graduates to work in cafés and food service roles, as well as for further study in hospitality.
