About This Course
This certificate programme provides advanced baking and patisserie training, covering doughs, pastries, and decorative mediums to produce sale-ready bakery and patisserie items. Entry Requirements
Under 20 years: 60 credits at NCEA Level 1, including 10 credits for literacy and 10 for numeracy, or successful completion of New Zealand Certificate in Baking (Level 3).
