The programme covers advanced winemaking, chemistry, wine palate development and viticulture, and is offered on-campus or via distance learning with required residential schools.

Acceptable English language fluency (IELTS 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5 / PTE 50 with no band lower than 42 / NZCEL Level 4 Academic / international equivalents)
