The NZ Diploma in Horticulture Production (Post-harvest) (Level 5) provides specialist technical knowledge in the post-harvest horticulture sector, focusing on the management of post-harvest operations, quality control, human resource management, production planning, and compliance with industry standards. The programme is designed to develop confidence, management skills, and self-awareness needed for leadership roles, with access to industry experts and comprehensive support services.

For applicants 20 years or older, evidence of relevant knowledge and experience and the ability to undertake tertiary study at diploma level is required (subject to interview).
Applicants whose first language is not English require an IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.0 or equivalent, issued within the last two years.
