This part-time, online diploma is designed for those currently working in horticulture or viticulture who want to upskill for leadership roles. With a focus on either fruit production or wine growing, students attend block courses tailored to seasonal industry demands and learn to manage operations for orchard or vineyard production quality. Graduates will be able to run fruit or wine grape operations confidently and progress into management roles.
