This programme, designed in consultation with the disability sector, prepares learners for roles that provide person-centred support in disability settings. Graduates will be able to support and empower people in home, community, and residential environments. The programme contextualises general health and wellbeing skills and knowledge specifically for the disability sector, with learning delivered in the workplace, supported by online modules and paper-based resources. The qualification awarded to graduates will feature the description 'Support Work – Disability'.
