This programme is designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to support and empower people in home and community settings. Trainees will learn to recognise signs of vulnerability and abuse, demonstrate ethical and professional behaviour, provide person-centred support to maximise independence, and respond to changes in people's health and wellbeing. Learning is industry-based and on-job, equipping support workers with practical, transferable skills valued across the health and wellbeing sector.
