About This Course
This Level 4 certificate enables experienced workers to deliver advanced, person-centred support and care for people with complex needs in health or wellbeing settings. Learners gain skills in multidisciplinary collaboration, delegated clinical care, cultural competence, leadership, and effective communication. Suitable for support workers, healthcare assistants, and team leaders in sectors such as aged care, home & community support, and healthcare services.

Entry Requirements
New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 3) or equivalent qualification OR relevant experience in the health and wellbeing sectors
