This micro-credential equips health and safety practitioners with the essential skills and knowledge to foster mentally healthy work within their organisations by enhancing understanding of psychosocial risk as a form of health and safety risk. Through 50 hours of online study, participants explore foundational theories, legal obligations, frameworks, measuring and managing risk, and practical strategies to improve workplace mental health. The course is delivered entirely online and includes recorded lectures, activities, readings, and optional live Q&A sessions.
