Choose specialities such as Advanced Sport, Advanced Exercise, Advanced Health, or Advanced Massage, tailoring your learning pathway towards your future career.

Engage in practical projects with community organisations, culminating in a major project in your final year.
University Entrance (UE)
NCEA Level 3: 14 credits at Level 3 or above in each of three NZQA approved university entrance subjects; 10 Literacy credits at Level 2 or above (5 reading, 5 writing); 10 Numeracy credits at Level 1 or above (unit standard 32406 or Te Pāngarau unit standard 32412, or certain achievement standards)
A Level 4 qualification on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) equalling at least 60 credits completed within one year
Successful completion of courses equating to 50% of first year workload at university
Equivalent professional experience
Children’s Act 2014 requirements (including police check) must be met by all accepted applicants
