The New Zealand Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage (Level 5) equips graduates with foundational knowledge and professional skills to provide massage services for wellness and relaxation in a variety of settings. The programme covers anatomy and physiology, massage theory and hands-on practice, professional standards, and client care. Study involves a blend of online theoretical classes and face-to-face practical sessions on campus. Graduates can work as wellness and relaxation massage therapists in clinics, spas, or home-based settings, and may progress to higher qualifications in remedial massage or related health fields.
